Description The DRV8834 provides a flexible motor driver solution for toys, printers, cameras, and other mechatronic applications. The device has two H bridge drivers, and is intended to drive a bipolar stepper motor or two DC motors. The output driver block of each H-bridge consists of N-channel power MOSFETs configured as an H-bridge to drive the motor windings. Each H-bridge includes circuitry to regulate or limit the winding current. With proper PCB design, each H-bridge of the DRV8834 can driving up to 1.5-A RMS (or DC) continuously, at 25°C with a VM supply of 5 V. The device can support peak currents of up to 2.2 A per bridge. Current capability is reduced slightly at lower VM voltages.

Description : 600 V fluorescent lamp driver with PFC, linear dimming and boost function
The UBA2016A/15/15A are high voltage Integrated Circuits (IC) intended to drive fluorescent lamps with filaments such as Tube Lamps (TL) and Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) in general lighting applications. The IC comprises a fluorescent lamp control module, half-bridge driver, built-in critical conduction mode Power Factor Correction (PFC) controller/driver and several protection mechanisms. The IC drives fluorescent lamp(s) using a half-bridge circuit made of two MOSFETs with a supply voltage of up to 600 V.
The UBA2016A/15/15A are designed to be supplied by a start-up bleeder resistor and a dV/dt supply from the half-bridge circuit, or any other auxiliary supply derived from the half-bridge or the PFC. The supply current of the IC is low. An internal clamp limits the supply voltage.

The HIP4082 is a medium frequency, medium voltage H-Bridge N-Channel MOSFET driver IC, available in 16 lead plastic SOIC (N) and DIP packages. Specifically targeted for PWM motor control and UPS applications, bridge based designs are made simple and flexible with the HIP4082 H-bridge driver. With operation up to 80V, the device is best suited to applications of moderate power levels. Similar to the HIP4081, it has a flexible input protocol for driving every possible switch combination except those which would cause a shoot-through condition. The HIP4082’s reduced drive current allows smaller packaging and it has a much wider range of programmable dead times (0.1 to 4.5µs) making it ideal for switching frequencies up to 200kHz. The HIP4082 does not contain an internal charge pump, but does incorporate non-latching level-shift translation control of the upper drive circuits. This set of features and specifications is optimized for applications where size and cost are important. For applications needing higher drive capability the HIP4080A and HIP4081A are recommended.

Description The DRV841x2 are high-performance, integrated dual full-bridge motor driver with an advanced protection system. Because of the low RDS(on) of the H-Bridge MOSFETs and intelligent gate drive design, the efficiency of these motor drivers can be up to 97%. This high efficiency enables the use of smaller power supplies and heatsinks, and the devices are good candidates for energy-efficient applications. The DRV841x2 requires two power supplies, one at 12 V for GVDD and VDD, and another up to 50 V for PVDD. The DRV841x2 can operate at up to 500-kHz switching frequency while still maintaining precise control and high efficiency. The devices also have an innovative protection system safeguarding the device against a wide range of fault conditions that could damage the system. These safeguards are short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, and two-stage thermal protection. The DRV841x2 has a current-limiting circuit that prevents device shutdown during load transients such as motor start-up. A programmable overcurrent detector allows adjustable current limit and protection level to meet different motor requirements. The NCL30051 is a combination of PFC and half−bridge resonant controllers optimized for off−line LED lighting solutions. This device integrates all the features needed to implement a highly efficient and small form factor LED Driver/Power Supply. It contains a critical conduction mode (CrM) power factor correction (PFC) boost controller and a half−bridge resonant controller with a built−in 600 V driver. The TI PCI2030 PCI-to-PCI bridge provides a high-performance connection path between two peripheral component interconnect (PCI) buses. Transactions can occur between a master on one PCI bus and a target on another PCI bus. The UBA2033 is a high voltage monolithic integrated circuit made in the EZ-HV SOI process. The circuit is designed for driving the MOSFETs in a full bridge configuration. In addition, it features a disable function, an internal adjustable oscillator and an external drive function with a low-voltage level shifter for driving the bridge. To guarantee an accurate 50% duty factor, the oscillator signal can be passed through a divider before being fed to the output driver.
