Description
This new IRK serie of MAGN-A-paks modules uses high voltage power thyristor/thyristor and thyristor/diode in seven basic configurations. The semiconductors are electrically isolated from the metal base, allowing common heatsinks and compact assemblies to be built. They can be interconnected to form single phase or three phase bridges or as AC-switches when modules are connected in anti-parallel mode.
These modules are intended for general purpose applications such as battery chargers, welders and plating equipment and where high voltage and high current are required (motor drives, U.P.S., etc.).

General Description
The APR3021/2/3 are designed to monitor voltage supplies in µP and digital systems. The quiescent current is extremely low, typically 1.5 µA, making it ideal for portable battery operated equipment. The APR3021/2/3 operate by monitoring the system power supply voltage. When the input voltage drops below a fixed threshold, the device asserts a reset signal for a fixed time period after Vcc rises above the fixed threshold. The APR3021/2/3 series is available with three output stage versions : APR3021 push-pull active low output, APR3022 push-pull active high output and APR3023 open drain active low output. They are also designed to reject fast line transient glitches on Vcc. The APR3021/2/3 are come in a miniature SOT-23, SOT-23-5, SOT-89 packages.

Description

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The DDU66F-series device is a 5-tap digitally buffered delay line. The signal input (IN) is reproduced at the outputs (T1-T5), shifted in time by an amount given by the device dash number. For dash numbers less than 25, the total delay of the line is measured from T1 to T5, with the nominal value given by the dash number. The nominal tap-to-tap delay increment is given by 1/4 of this number. The inherent delay from IN to T1 is nominally 3.5ns. For dash numbers greater than or equal to 25, the total delay of the line is measured from IN to T5, with the nominal value
given by the dash number. The nominal tap-to-tap delay increment is given by 1/5 of this number.

General Description
The APL5501/2/3 is micropower, low noise, low dropout linear regulator. Operate from 2.7V to 6V input voltage and deliver up to 500mA. Typical output noise is just 50mVRMS with the addition of an external 0.1mF bypass capacitor in BP pin and typical dropout voltage is only 170mV at 500mA loading . Designed for use in battery-powered system, the low 50uA quiescent current makes it an ideal choice.
Design with an internal P-channel MOSFET pass transistor, the APL5501/2/3 maintains a low supply current, independent of the load current and dropout voltage. Other features include reverse current protection, thermal-shutdown protection, current limit protection to ensure specified output current and controlled short-circuit current.
