The EVAL-AD575xSDZ is a full-featured evaluation board that is designed to allow the user to easily evaluate all features of the AD5755, AD5755-1, or AD5757, quad channel, 16-bit current source and voltage output DAC with dynamic power control and HART connectivity. The board can be controlled by two means: via the on-board connector (J11) or via the SDP connector (J9). The SDP board allows the evaluation board to be controlled through the USB port of a Windows® XP® (SP2 or later) or Windows Vista® (32-bit or 64-bit) or Windows 7 (32-bt or 64-bit) based PC using the EVAL-AD575xSDZ evaluation software.

The EVAL-AD766XCB/AD767XCB is an evaluation board for the AD766X/AD767X 16-bit A/D converter family. The AD766X/AD767X family ( see ordering guide for product list ) is a high speed, successive approximation based architecture with very high performance, low power family of 16-Bit ADCs which operate from a single +5V supply with a 100kSPS to 1MSPS throughput rate range, and a flexible parallel or serial interface. This data sheet describes the setup and use of the AD7484 evaluation board. The AD7484 is a high speed, low power, 14-bit successive approximation ADC that operates from a single +5 V supply and features throughput rates of up to 3 MSPS. The AD7470/AD7472 are, respectively, 10-/12-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADCs that operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply. On-board components include an AD780 (a pin programmable +2.5 V or +3 V ultra high precision band gap reference), an AD797 and an AD711 (op amps used to buffer the bipolar and unipolar analog input respectively), and an OP07 (op amp used to buffer the DC bias voltage applied to the optional analog input bias-up circuit). There are various link options, which are explained in detail in the Link and Switch Options section.
Interface to this board is via a 96-way connector. This 96-way connector is compatible with the EVAL-CONTROL BRD2 (also available from Analog Devices). External sockets are provided for the CNVST input, CLKIN input, and the VIN inputs.

Thank you for using IXYS IC Division’s CPC5622-EVAL-600R evaluation board. The evaluation board ships with the CPC5622A LITELINK III and CPC5712U Voltage Monitor to demonstrate the functionality of a PSTN terminating two-wire interface that provides both the analog voice transmission and signaling functions. The analog interface is configured to provide a 600 resistive AC impedance with 0dB gain in both the transmit and receive directions. While the CPC5622A provides the hook-switch and ringing detect signaling functions, the CPC5712U is utilized to monitor and detect changes in the DC line voltage to determine loop status and signaling information sent by the network. Loop status is given by the logic level outputs of the three CPC5712U on-board detectors indicating Loop Presence, Line In Use, and Loop Polarity.
DSP evaluation Platform
The HSP-EVAL is the mother board for a set of daughter boards based on the HSPxxxxx family of Digital Signal Processing products. Each product specific daughter board is mated with the HSP-EVAL to provide a mechanism for rapid evaluation and prototyping. As shown in Figure 1, the HSP-EVAL consists of a series of busses which provide input, output, and control to the target daughter board. These busses are brought out through dual 96 Pin connectors to support daisy chaining HSP-EVALs for multichip prototyping and evaluation.

The Analog Devices, Inc., 8-lead SOIC package, dual, high speed evaluation board is designed to help customers quickly prototype new dual op amp circuits and reduce design time. The evaluation board can be used with almost any Analog Devices dual op amp in various configurations and applications. The evaluation board is a bare board (that is, there are no components or amplifier soldered to the board; these must be ordered separately). Figure 1 shows the component side of the evaluation board, and Figure 2 shows the circuit side of the evaluation board.

This Application Note describes the evaluation board for the AD9835 Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS). The AD9835 is a numerically controlled oscillator employing a phase accumulator, a sine look-up table and a 10-bit D/A converter. The part can be operated with clock frequencies up to 50 MHz. Both phase modulation and frequency modulation can be performed with the AD9835.

The evaluation board interfaces to the parallel port of an IBM compatible PC. Software is available with the evaluation board which allows the user to easily program the AD9835.
Components on the AD9835 evaluation board include a 50 MHz oscillator which provides the MCLK for the AD9835. The user can remove this oscillator, if required, and drive the AD9835 with a different clock oscillator or an external clock source via a BNC connector. A digital buffer is also on the board so that the signals from the edge connector are buffered.
