VERTICAL LIQUID LEVEL SWITCHES VS Series
The VS series of point liquid level switches demonstrates a high degree of reliability due to the use of non-reactive wetted components and a unique reed switch designed specifically for level sensing applications. The SENSOR utilizes a moving float with an embedded magnet to activate a reed switch located in the SENSOR body. As the liquid level raises the float, it moves into close proximity to the reed switch and actuates it to give an open contact or closed contact switch indication.

[NOBAC]
NOBAC DC 9325 is added to an oil/gas production or transmission line via direct injection. The application is conducted to ensure maximum distribution of this product throughout the entire internal pipeline surface by adding a sufficient amount of biocide to detect/measure a residual concentration at the back end of the pipeline SYSTEM. Criteria for success of the TREATMENT will be a reduction in bacterial counts and/or reduced corrosion rates. To facilitate application, it may be desirable to dilute NOBAC DC 9325 with an appropriate solvent immediately before use. The concentration in the solvent must not fall below an active concentration range of 500 to 5,000 ppm based on the volume of WATER in the pipeline. Injections to the SYSTEM are made weekly, or as needed to maintain control.
Detects WATER...reliably!
Strong penetration power
As the penetration power is strong, its beam can pass
through not only translucent containers (PFA tanks, etc.)
but also opaque containers of shampoo bottles, etc., and
can reliably detect the liquid inside.
Adjacent SENSOR mounting possible
Several SENSORs can be mounted adjacently by fitting
optional slit masks. Further, they can detect the liquid
level accurately.
Not affected by drops, bubbles or froth
It is possible to set its sensitivity adjuster so that WATER
drops, bubbles in the WATER, or froth on the WATER surface
are not detected.
IP67 protection
The SENSOR can be hosed down because of its IP67
construction and the non-corrosive stainless steel SENSOR
mounting bracket.
Plug-in connector type is available
Plug-in connector type which enables connection /
disconnection of the cable by one-touch is available.
Anyone can easily replace the SENSOR in a minute.
Turbidity SENSOR
The TST-10 module measures the turbidity (amount of suspended particles) of the wash WATER in washing machines and dishwashers. An optical SENSOR for washing machines is a measuring product for a turbid WATER density or an extraneous matter concentration using the refraction of wavelength between photo transistor and diode. By using an optical transistor and optical diodes, an optical washing machine SENSOR measures the amount of light coming from the source of the light to the light receiver, in order to calculate WATER turbidity.
