For higher output voltage, the voltage on the LEDx pins during
PWM off-time may exceed the rated voltage. Connect a resistor
from the LEDx pin to GND. Recommended values are:
• C3 = 2.2 μF / 100 V ceramic
• C4 = 10 μF / 100 V electrolytic
• R4 through R7 = 25 kΩ, 0603
