4.1 MC9S08LC60 Series Memory Map
As shown in Figure 4-1, on-chip memory in the MC9S08LC60 Series consists of RAM, FLASH program
memory for nonvolatile data storage, plus I/O and control/status registers. The registers are divided into
three groups:
• Direct-page registers (0x0000 through 0x005F)
• High-page registers (0x1800 through 0x186F)
• Nonvolatile registers (0xFFB0 through 0xFFBF)
