GENERAL DESCRIPTION

OZ521 is a boost converter controller suitable for LED lighting or general pur-

pose DC/DC converter applications.

It integrates a 50V/2A MOSFET as the switch and compensation components

for the boost converter to optimize the cost/performance of applications. In ap-

plications, the operating frequency is user-selectable.
