Thermal Specifications

The case temperature (TC) is calculated using the equation:

TC = TA + P (⎝JA - ⎝JC)

Junction temperature (TJ) is calculated using the equation:

TJ = TA + P ⎝JA

The power consumption (P) is calculated by using the typical ICC and nominal VCC

where TA represents the ambient temperature. The thermal resistances are listed in

Table 21.
