4.3.10 ROW ERASE PROGRAM MEMORY
The Row Erase Program Memory command will erase
an individual row. Refer to Table 4-3 for row sizes of
specific devices and the PC bits used to address them.
If the program memory is code-protected, the Row
Erase Program Memory command will be ignored.
When the address is 8000h-8008h, the Row Erase
Program Memory command will only erase the user ID
locations, regardless of the setting of the CP
Configuration bit.
After receiving the Row Erase Program Memory
command, the erase will not complete until the time
interval, TERAR, has expired.
