2.2 External Configuration and
Programming
To configure the RN4677 module and program the
firmware, use the external configuration and
programming tool available from Microchip. Figure 2-2
shows the connections between the RN4677 and
header J1, a standard 8-pin 0.100" (2.54 mm) spaced
header. It is recommended to include this header on
the host PCB for development.
Configuration and firmware programming modes are
entered according to the system configuration I/O pins
as described in Table 1-5.
