When the RF host sends a command to the SRTAG2K-D the format of the payload is the C-
APDU.
When the SRTAG2K-D sends a command to the RF host, the format of the payload is the R-
APDU.

C-APDU: payload format of a command
The C-APDU format is used by the RF host to send a command to the SRTAG2K-D.
