Rule A: The Reader block number shall be initialized to 0.

When an I-block or an R(ACK) block with a block number equal to
the current block number is received, the Reader shall toggle the
current block number before optionally sending a block to the
SRTAG2KL.

Rule D.
When an I-block is received, the SRTAG2KL shall toggle its block
number before sending a block.
The SRTAG2KL may check if the received block number is not in compliance
with Reader rules to decide neither to toggle its internal block number nor to
send a response block.
When an R(ACK) block with a block number not equal to the current

There is no block number toggling when an R(NAK) block is received.
When the RF host sends a command to the SRTAG2KL the format of the payload is the C-
