1.3 REGISTER & MEMORY MAP

As shown in Figure 3, the MCU is capable of

adressing 64K bytes of memories and I/O regis-

ters.

The available memory locations consist of 64

bytes of register locations, up to 256 bytes of

RAM, 16 bytes of LCD RAM and 4Kbytes of user

program memory. The RAM space includes up to

64 bytes for the stack from 0100h to 013Fh.

The highest address bytes contain the user reset

and interrupt vectors.
