1. During the programming of the device, the supply voltage should at least be equal to the supply voltage
used during normal operation.
2. The capacitor on VREG is mandatory.
3. The capacitor on VMULT is optional. The capacitor has to be present if the multiplier is enabled. The
multiplier has to be enabled if VBAT<3.0V.
