mode. In the 3.3-V mode, supply +3.3 V.

These pins supply +3.3 V to the chip.

Supply power with a high quality to this pin by inserting a filter
between AVDD3 and GND.
+3.3-V power (high-speed block).
Supply power with a high quality to this pin by inserting a filter
between HVDD3 and HGND.
+3.3-V power (receive PLL block).
Supply power with a high quality to this pin by inserting a filter
between RGND and this pin.
Ground (digital block).
These pins ground the chip.
