TheA6B273KA andA6B273KLW combine eight(positive-edge triggered D-type) data latches andDMOS outputs for systems requiring relatively highloadpower.  Driverapplicationsinclude relays, solenoids, and othermedium-current or high-voltageperipheral power loads.  TheCMOS inputs and latches allow direct interfacing with microprocessor-basedsystems. Usewith TTL may require appropriate pull-up resistors to ensure an input logic high.
