General Description
The AAT4292 SmartSwitchTMis a member of AnalogicTech’s Application Specific Power MOSFETTM (ASPMTM) product family. The AAT4292 has seven P-channel MOSFETs configured for use as a high side microprocessor GPIO expander powered from a common supply source. Operating over a 1.8V to 5.5V range, the AAT4292 is ideal for portable Li-Ion/Polymer powered products. The state of each output channel is controlled with a single GPIO line via the EN/SET pin using AnalogicTech’s Simple Serial Control™ (AS2Cwire™) interface.
