Architectural Overview
The eZ80F92 device is a high-speed single-cycle instruction-fetch microcontroller with a maximum clock speed of 20MHz. It is the first member of ZiLOG’s new eZ80Acclaim!™ product family, which offers on-chip Flash program memory. The eZ80F92 device can operate in Z80-compatible addressing mode (64KB) or full 24-bit addressing mode (16MB). The rich peripheral set of the eZ80F92 device makes it suitable for a variety of applications including industrial control, embedded communication, and point-of-sale terminals.
