MN5290 and MN5291 are high-performance, dual-in-line packaged 40μsec, 16-bit A/D converters specifically designed for use in military/aerospace and industrial applications that demand fully guaranteed high-resolution performance over extended operating temperature ranges. These successive approximation A/D converters exploit the stability and tracking advantages of both SiCr and NiCr thin-film resistor technologies.
