The Oki MSC23CV23257A-xxBS4 is a fully decoded 2,097,152-word x 32-bit CMOS dynamic random access memory composed of four 16-Mb DRAMs (2M x 8) in TSOP packages mounted with decoupling capacitors on a 72-pin glass epoxy Small Outline DIMM Package supports any application where high density and large capacity of storage memory are required.
