Description
RailClamp®TVS diode arrays are specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to high-speed data and transmission lines from over voltage caused by ESD(electrostatic discharge), CDE(Cable Discharge Events), andEFT(electrical fast transients). The RClamp® 7002M has been optimized for use on the next generation of ADSL interfaces. Their high surge capability makes them particularly useful in systems that utilize gas tubes as the primary protection component.
