DESCRIPTION
SiP41103 is a high-speed synchronous rectification MOSFET driver with adaptive shoot-through protection for use in high frequency, high-current, multiphase DC-DC synchronous rectifier buck converter. It is designed to operate at the switching frequencies up to 1 MHz. The high-side driver is bootstrapped to allow driving N-Channel MOSFET.
