GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The XRD87L94 is a 1 MSPS 12-bit subranging Analog-to-Digital Converter with DNL = +1 LSB and INL = +2.5 LSB. The XRD87L94 contains an internal track and hold and an analog input bandwidth of 10 MHz.
