Description
Video & OSD half tone enable.
If you set this bit to '1', the half tone function is on.
Then you can see the video signal & OSD raster.
HG1 ~ HB1 bits select OSD raster color 1 to be half tone.
To carry out half tone function, set the HT bit to '1'.
