PRELIMINARY
When the search operates, data to which each device matches longest in the table is
output. The values of MLE[5:0] from each device should be compared respectively.
After that, OUT[17:0] of the device with the largest the MLE[5:0] value only has to be
selected.
The command of each device from CPU port is often executed respectively . Therefore,
the CEN signal of each device should be made optional independently.
