Insert (OP Code: 0002h):
To execute this command, write the entry data (IP address) to WR0-WR2, the
associated data to WR3-4, and the PL (Prefix Length minus 1) to WR2. The value of
host address part should be all “0”. The execution of this command prompts storing
these data to the table. When the insertion is completed, bit3 of STAT0 will be
changed to ‘1,’ and CCMPN to Low.
