SRAM SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The SRAM is a 4 Mbit asynchronous random ac-
cess memory which features super low voltage op-
eration and low current consumption with an
access time of 70 ns under all conditions. The

memory operations can be performed using a sin-
gle low voltage supply, 2.7V to 3.3V, which is the
same as the Flash component’s voltage supply.
