SRAM Component

The SRAM is an 8 Mbit asynchronous random ac-

cess memory which features a super low voltage

operation and low current consumption with an ac-

cess time of 70ns in all conditions. The memory

operations can be performed using a single low

voltage supply, 2.7V to 3.3V, which is the same as

the Flash voltage supply.
