The MPU to Frame Memory write begins just after Panel Read has commenced i.e. after one horizontal sync pulse of

the Tearing Effect Output Line. This allows time for the image to download behind the Panel Read pointer and finishing

download during the subsequent Frame before the Read Pointer “catches” the MPU to Frame memory write position.
