DESCRIPTION
This Power MOSFET is the second generation of
STMicroelectronics unique "Single Feature Size™
" strip-based process. The resulting transistor
shows extremely high packing density for low on-
resistance, rugged avalanche characteristics and
less critical alignment steps therefore a remarka-
ble manufacturing reproducibility.
