Description
Select input clock: 0 = RC/external, 1 = xtal
Enable Uart Reception
RC prescaler selection
Select parity mode: 0 = odd, 1 = even
Enable parity: 1 = with parity, 0 = no parity
Select word length: 1 = 8 bits, 0 = 7 bits
