Any other value: Generates MCU reset -- LVRC register is reset to POR value
When an actual low voltage condition occurs, as specified by one of the four defined LVR voltage
values above, an MCU reset will be generated. The reset operation will be activated after 2~3
LIRC clock cycles. In this situation the register contents will remain the same after such a reset
occurs.
Any register value, other than the four defined LVR values above, will also result in the
generation of an MCU reset. The reset operation will be activated after 2~3 LIRC clock cycles.
However in this situation the register contents will be reset to the POR value.
The different kinds of resets all affect the internal registers of the microcontroller in different ways. To ensure reliable
continuation of normal program execution after a reset occurs, it is important to know what condition the microcontroller
is in after a particular reset occurs. The following table describes how each type of reset affects each of the
microcontroller internal registers. Note that where more than one package type exists the table will reflect the situation
for the larger package type.
