158 The transmit automatic protection switch
channel (TAPS) signal carries the automatic
protection switch channel (K1, K2) inserted into
the outgoing stream. The TTOHEN input takes
precedence over TAPS. TAPS is sampled on
the rising edge of TAPSCLK.
39 The transmit outgoing stream, (TOUT[7:0]),

carries the scrambled STS-1, or STS-3/STM-1
stream. TOUT[7] is the most significant bit
