ENHANCEMENTS (R)

After issue a Page Buffer Program command (E8H),

XSR.7=1 indicates that the entered command is accepted. If

XSR.7 = STATE MACHINE STATUS (SMS)

• 1 = Page Buffer Program available

• 0 = Page Buffer Program not available

XSR.7 is "0", the command is not accepted and a next Page

Buffer Program command (E8H) should be issued again to

check if page buffer is available or not.

XSR.15-8 and XSR.6-0 are reserved for future use and

XSR.6-0 = RESERVED FOR FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS (R)
